Kim was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and had a great sense of humour. The room was warm, clean and comfortable with charging sockets available and the kitchen was well equipped with all facilities needed, the lounge was big and airy. Parking was great within the Highland's locked gate compound which felt super safe and secure near Highlands Motorsport track.
