The location was excellent with Vincom Mall, Saigon Mall, and Saigon Center within walking distances. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with carrying luggage and locating destinations. The room was clean, moderately spacious with a cozy bathroom and decent space for belongings. The kitchen had free ingredients like oil and spices, a microwave service, a dining area, and complementary cold and hot water. Laundry facilities included washing machine, dryer, iron in the room, and laundry supplies for longer stays.
