Central location in Karlovy Vary, close to shops and cafes. Rooms are big and clean. Staff helpful, Anastasia nice. Stayed 19 days, got room change for more comfort with small fee. Good value for money compared to other hotels like Grandhotel Pupp or Imperial Hotel.
