Getting to and around Honduras

There is also a ferry from Belize to Puerto Cortes. Within the country, city minibuses known as rapiditos and intercity buses are cheap and fairly efficient. Domestic flights by Avianca and Aerolineas Sosa connect the large cities as well as Roatan and Utila. Renting a car is possible, with major companies at the airports, and traffic drives on the right.
