We list 65 properties across 10 cities. Below you will find indicative prices, the most popular areas, season tips and transport notes.
The price depends on the standard, the location and the dates. The table shows indicative nightly rates for a double room. The cheapest month is usually October, while December is the priciest. Most properties sit by Tumon Bay, close to the beach.

The island is small and stays concentrate in a few towns. These are the ones travellers choose most often:
Nightly rates vary between areas. Here are indicative prices per night for a double room:
| Area | Indicative price per night (from) |
|---|---|
| Tamuning / Tumon | from approx. $125 |
| Dededo | from approx. $94 |
| Hagatna | from approx. $108 |
| Yona | from approx. $130 |
| Barrigada | from approx. $90 |
The island combines beaches, reefs and Chamorro culture, so it is easy to match a trip to your interests.
The currency is the US dollar. A meal at an affordable restaurant is about $13, while dinner for two at a nicer place runs around $35. Cards are accepted in hotels, restaurants and shops, and ATMs are easy to find. Keep some cash for small purchases.
The most pleasant weather, dry and less humid, runs from December to June. October is the cheapest month and December the priciest. If you want to spend Independence Day here, plan for late June and early July, when the holiday events take place.
The island is served by one civilian airport, Antonio B. Won Pat near Tamuning, with flights from the US via Honolulu and routes from Asia. Cruise ships call at the port, but there are no regular ferries. On the ground, metered taxis charge a flag fare of about $3, and a ride from the airport to your hotel runs $8-10. Guam Mass Transit Authority buses run nine routes, with a single ticket around $1 and a day pass $3, though they do not run on Sundays and holidays. There is no metro, so renting a car is convenient, and traffic drives on the right.
A few recognisable properties for reference:
Prices are usually lowest in October. December tends to be the most expensive, at the peak of the season. Booking ahead helps you find a better rate at the popular bayside resorts.
Most hotels and activity are in Tamuning and Tumon, by Tumon Bay beach. It is the most convenient base, with resorts and attractions within walking distance.
The highest rates are at the resorts by Tumon Bay. Cheaper stays are in Dededo and in properties near the airport in Barrigada.
