The hosts Juan Carlos and Ximena were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind throughout the stay. The room was comfortable with a beautiful lake view and had everything needed including ensuite facilities and a balcony. The breakfast was excellent with great coffee, and the kitchen was well equipped while laundry facilities were available. The house had a clean pool area to relax in, two friendly dogs, and it was located in a quiet subdivision just outside Pucon town but within walking distance. They also provided lifts to town and airport transfers which were very useful.
