The hotel features a strategic location close to the mosque and within walking distance of the citadel. Rooms are modern, clean, and spacious with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The staff is exceptionally helpful, cooperative, and speaks English fluently. The rooftop restaurant offers amazing views of the city alongside a varied breakfast selection. Amenities include good room service and all necessary comforts for an excellent stay.

The room was modern and clean with good size. Breakfast offered a variety of options. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. The hotel was clean with all amenities available. Service provided was excellent and kind during teaching visits to Erbil.
