Exceptional staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive with Edvin being especially great and understandable, the room was cozy with a big balcony and super clean. The sauna and hamam were great while restaurants were fantastic and varied. The staff thought of the dog by leaving bowls, bed, and pad. Views from the hotel were amazing with overall facilities easy to use.
