Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.

We welcome children of all ages.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund.

Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost.

The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances.

The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival.

There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival.

Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats.

We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost.

Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80.

Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.

The property is in a residential area; please avoid excessive noise.

Payment by bank transfer is required before arrival.

The property will send further instructions after booking.

Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
