The location was amazing and right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Beijing Road near Gongyuanqian metro station with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were really helpful and kind while the facilities were clean, modern, comfortable, and had free access to a washing machine and dryer. Breakfast buffet was great and sufficient, robot delivered food, check-in was done through a translator app on floor 6 accessed by a glass lift on the side of the main building entrance.
