Clean rooms, good AC, comfy mattress. Nice garden and architecture. Bikes available for rent. Staff friendly, helpful. Close to bars street in town. Facilities well maintained, plenty of showers and toilets with soap and toilet paper. Owner Tinh is very nice. Food affordable and tasty, served by friendly family members who also help with transport to next destination bus. Overall good value for money
