Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.

Only temporary bookings are accepted; short stays are not permitted. The property is not rented for tourist purposes, as these are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract upon arrival. This contract respects all the terms of your reservation and does not impose any additional responsibility beyond the terms and conditions of your booking.

Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest.

Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the same day you made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 pm.

Only reservations for a minimum of 28 nights and a maximum of 11 months are allowed.ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
