Rooms were spacious and clean, featuring comfortable beds and balconies. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous, offering assistance with local transportation issues. Air conditioning was available in the rooms, enhancing comfort during the stay. Parking facilities were accessible without any problems.

Nice place, very close to Cascade Complex. Staff helpful, friendly. Bed comfortable. Rooms clean, good location for sightseeing in Yerevan. Restaurants nearby, easy to walk around. Overall good stay.
