Access is by boat only, round trip boat transportation from the river town of Sierpe to our private dock is included in your stay.
*The house is located on a high ridge line with a relatively steep hill at the end. The property provides a 48 hour grace period to cancel your reservation free of penalties.

Please note that a rental agreement with house rules will be sent by the property after booking and it must be signed and accepted within 72 hours in order to guarantee your reservation. Must be 25 or older to rent. All guest under the age of 25 can only stay with parent, guardian, or responsible adult. No house parties, whether inside the house or on the property grounds. Standard Check in at the dock in Sierpe is between 11:00am and 3:00pm.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
