Casa Román is a colonial-style house situated in Cartagena’s beautiful historic centre just 500 metres from the Caribbean Sea.

The house can be rented as a whole, while the property also offers fully equipped apartments with a seating area and kitchen.

Guests will find a restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk of Casa Román, while the city’s many shopping centres are less than 2 km from the house.

The city’s famous Parque de Bolivar park is just 350 metres from the property, while guests can reach Rafael Nuñez International Airport in a 15-minute drive.

The property doesn't count with a phisical reception. Guests must use dorbell to get in and out automatically.

For check in, guests have to use the doorbell and wait 10 minutes for the personel to arrive to the hotel and assist with check in.

RESERVATION POLICIES: - I authorize Casa Cordoba SAS to charge my credit card, the consumptions that would not have been charged at the time of check out. - The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, money or theft. Please use a safety deposit box. - It is not allowed to play music. - Check in is from 3 pm and check out at 12 noon. - Residents of Colombia will be charged VAT in addition to the total amount of their reservation. - All damages caused during the stay at the hotel will be assumed by the guest. - In order to guarantee the security of our hotel it is forbidden the entrance of any person who is not registered at check in, it is important to emphasize that the number of people stipulated in the reservation must not be more than the number of people previously booked. In addition, you and the person accompanying you are required to present the following documents at check in: ID card or passport and the credit card with which you initially paid for the accommodation. The name(s) of the accompanying person(s) must match the name(s) previously informed in your booking. We do NOT accept visitors or additional persons.
