Israeli citizens and residents (as defined by VAT law) must pay VAT at Carmel Forest by Isrotel Exclusive. For domestic customers at Carmel Forest by Isrotel Exclusive, this tax is automatically included in the total reservation cost. For guests booking from outside Israel, the tax is not included in the total price at Carmel Forest by Isrotel Exclusive.

Mobile phones and smoking are not permitted in public areas. This is an adult-only resort, strictly for guests aged 16 or over. Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests from 16 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. On Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in starts at 18:00, while arrivals are accepted from 16:00. Check-out on Saturdays and Jewish holidays is until 14:00. The outdoor pool is closed from the last week of October until early April. Please note that the gym is accessible only by adults of 18 years and older.

Clean rooms, good breakfast and dinner. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool and jacuzzi nice. Location good, views nice. Would recommend for relaxing stay.
