The apartment offered a spacious and well-appointed space with excellent views near Company Gardens. The location was perfect for walking to the CBD and close to the waterfront in a nice neighborhood. Facilities included a fridge, hairdryer, washing machine, kitchen utensils, and communal laundry access. Secure parking with an additional key fob was straightforward to organise. The building’s entrance, corridors, lifts, garden, and parking garage were clean and well maintained.
