Old building from 1850s, used to be Turkish consulate, then law students' hostel. Located in India, feels authentic. Staff mostly helpful and kind. WiFi slow, no AC in rooms, just fans. Rooftop has sunset views. Near beach, good for sunrise at marina. Rooms basic but charming old style. Some maintenance needed especially bathroom. Overall simple but nice vibe.
