PET RULES: - CONTACT US with a dog description prior to booking
- Please let us know if your sweet pet needs a crate, doggie toys, bowls, scooper, or anything during your stay so we can prepare it for you
- You must accept the request for a $70 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $20/night
- Limited to 1 small dog, 20 lbs max
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house-trained/potty-trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- No fenced yard for dog/s. Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your dog/s must be with you at all times. Leaving your dog/s unattended will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay an additional amount shall this occur
- If excessive dog/s noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors, you must quiet the situation **NO CATS ALLOWED** **Failure to follow pet rules may result in a $200 fine and vacating premises**

This screening helps us uphold the quality and security of our property, offering peace of mind to both our guests and hosts. If, unfortunately, you do not pass the screening, we will not be able to host you. No need to worry. The screening involves- Email Verification, Phone Verification, Watchlist Check.
