At Breakers 3 - linen not included, guests are required to present a photo ID and credit card before check-in. Kindly note that at Breakers 3 - linen not included, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at $45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and $35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional $10 per bed. Please contact us to arrange.

By confirming this reservation, you will be required to accept Forster Accommodations rental agreement which will include, the Short Term Rental (STR) Code of Conduct and the applicable Strata By Laws for your property.

We do not allow for schoolies groups or parties of any nature.

In case of early departure, Breakers 3 - linen not included will charge the full amount for your stay.
