Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within property.

Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund.

Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in.

You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking.

There is no reception desk at the property, and therefore, a member of staff will meet guests at the property at a pre-arranged time to hand over the keys and check guests into the apartment.

All check-ins after 19:00 on the date of arrival have to be confirmed with the property beforehand.

All requests for late check-in are subject to approval by the property.

Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in as follows:
EUR 50 from 19:00 to 21:59
EUR 90 from 22:00 to 00:59
EUR 120 After 01:00

Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID, passport, or driving license prior to arrival.

Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival as identification for check-in.

A child's high chair and baby cots are available by request for an extra charge and are subject to availability.
