Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within the property.

Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. Guests found smoking in the property will be charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in.

A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days after check-out after inspection of the property and bank processing times.

A surcharge of EUR 120 applies for arrivals after 01:00.
