The hotel was positioned in a nice location, ideal for both city breaks and spa experiences. The staff provided excellent service, demonstrating friendliness and willingness to assist at all times. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered an interesting selection that was plentiful. Additionally, the facilities included a great spa experience and easy access to local markets nearby. The hot water supply was reliable with good pressure throughout the stay.

Friendly staff, nice spa, room in good condition. Location convenient, close to main road. Room spacious with balcony, hot water good, AC works well. WiFi better on first floor. Breakfast okay but could be better. Pool small but spa good. Near markets and super markets. Staff helpful despite language barrier. Overall decent stay.
