Please note the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. - Travel cot/Travel cot: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. (€5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
