From mid-April to late October, your stay includes the Kärnten Card, which opens the door to free access to local cable cars, lifts, buses, and other fantastic perks all around Carinthia!

The resort is thoughtfully divided into two village areas: Unter-Kirchleitn and Ober-Kirchleitn. Remember, the allocation of apartments is all about your magical getaway experience!
Safety first! The resort is entirely car-free, so the kids can freely roam and play outside while everyone enjoys a peaceful holiday. You’ll find the natural swimming pond and playful areas in Unter-Kirchleitn, and all things fitness and yoga, as well as our laundry room, in Ober-Kirchleitn. Each area has its own sauna facilities, ensuring every guest can unwind in style, no matter where you're staying!
If you travel with children, please inform the property in advance about their age. Cots and bed guards are available on request.
All Apartments are equipped with an tiled stove/Fireplace.
Due to fire safety restrictions the fireplace can only be used after attending a 15 minute training (Surcharge applies).
