Good location, close to main attractions. Rooms small but clean and well equipped. Breakfast was simple but decent. Staff friendly and helpful, gave good tips for getting around Almaty. Quiet underground place facing busy street. Beds almost private rooms. Overall neat and organized place to stay in Almaty center.
