Please note that the responsible for the reservation must have at least 25 years old and must honour the full time of the reservation. A government issued identification document will be requested via email or at the time of check-in.

Please note that late check-in has following surcharges:
- between 18:00 and 00:00 - EUR 35;
- between 00:00 and 01:00 - EUR 50;
- between 01:00 and 09:00 - EUR 100.

Please note that check-out is until 11:00. Any delays or changes must be reported to Clever Details and are subject the confirmation. Late check-out has the following surcharges:
- 1 to 2 hours delay - 50% daily rate surcharge;
- more than 2 hours - 100% daily rate surcharge.

Please note that 7-night stays will include a change a of towels and cleaning halfway through the stay. Linen is only changed in stays longer than 10 nights.
