Stay here if you want a brill Hanoi location. Everything was great, but we need to highlight Haley and Lily who took care of us so well, especially Haley once we arrived! She went above and beyond. The hotel is in a little street and is charming. Great breakfasts and a super room with balcony ?. Loved it!
