Convenient spot near town, parking easy. Staff quick and helpful. Room comfortable for resting after work. Plenty of space inside. Stayed often when visiting Dunedin. Location good, walking distance to shops. Can be noisy but was quiet this time. Weather maybe holiday or room in back corner, not sure. Very clean, friendly service, nice reception guy. Family room different style with mezzanine beds, fun look. Basic but tidy place overall
