Please note that the resort offers a one-way shuttle service from the resort to Karon Beach twice a day at 10:00 and 14:00 hrs only.

Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation.

Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card along with a photo identification must be presented to the hotel upon check-in.

For the cardholder's protection, if the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on a separate card.

Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances from 1 May 2025 to 31 August 2025.

Renovation Announcement: Blue Wing Zone

Renovation Period: May 1 – August 31, 2025, During this period, all services within the Blue Wing Zone will be temporarily closed.

Affected Accommodations & Facilities:

- Room Types: Pool Access Deluxe (Blue Wing), Pool Suites

- Facilities: One Swimming Pool, Blue Club, ACCESS Spa (Blue Wing Area)

Renovation Schedule & Noise Levels:

- May 1 – May 31, 2025: Refurbishment of Pool Access Deluxe rooms in Blue Wing (Minimal noise disturbance)

- June 1 – June 15, 2025: Removal of seating in the Blue Wing swimming pool (Loud noise during dismantling process)

- June 16 – August 31, 2025: Swimming pool tile and gutter drain repairs (Occasional loud noise may occur)

Working Hours: 08:00 – 18:00 hrs. (Lunch break from 12:00 – 13:00 hrs.)

Guest Accommodation Adjustments:

- Guests who have booked Pool Access Deluxe (Blue Wing) or Pool Suites during this period will be offered the following options:

- Alternative Room Type: Relocation to Pool Access Deluxe (Green Wing)—a quieter area with a reduced room rate.

Alternative Hotel: Guests may opt to stay at CRAFT Resort & Villas, our sister property located in Koh Sirea (Phuket Town Area). This resort offers Pool Access accommodations. For more details, visit www.craftresortphuket.com.
